Tim Harwill's "The Wander Man Revisits" tour rolls into Montreal, Quebec on Wednesday July 28, 2010, with a show at Bar St Laurent 2 from 9 to midnight.

The solo tour is promoting his 4th and latest album release titled "Tim Harwill & Friends ~ The Wander Man Revisited", released last fall to glowing praise by critics and fans alike. Joined by an all star cast of Alberta session musicians and friends including American songwriting legends Steve Young and James Talley and rising Canadiana star Tim Hus, the album is a toe-tapping tribute to the rockabilly roots of country music that effectively highlights the unmistakable Tim Harwill sound.

"Harwill's manner lends a simple sophistication to words, less poetic than Ian Tyson perhaps, more workmanlike that those of Guy Clark, but insightful and revealing of the truths long withheld."  - Donald Teplyske, Red Deer Advocate, 2010)

'The Wander Man Revisited'.elements, musical and thematic, that remind of a less country version of Merle Haggard or.a full fledged country version of Jimmy Buffett. - ALT-512, 2010.

The Wander Man Revisited is Harwill's 1st fully electrified recording, and is easily his most accessible work to date. Tagged as "too folk for country, too country for rock and roll" the 12 string troubadour has delivered a collection of tales featuring an unforgettable assortment of drifters and dreamers from along the lost highway that is striking a powerful emotional chord with listeners wherever he performs. Digitally recorded at his 24 track Harwill Music studio in Thorsby with post production done in Nashville, the outlaw troubadour pays tribute to his Americana roots while maintaining his gritty personal style on a record that is earning him new fans every day!

Legendarily reclusive by nature Harwill lives quietly in small town Alberta with canine traveling companion Koko. He has recently featured in a pair of independent Alberta films and made an appearance at Edmonton's Poetry Festival in 2009.
